Introduction

  • Taiwan Scholarship and Huayu Enrichment Scholarship Program Office manages the scholarship affairs. We integrate the Ministries, Embassies/Missions/Representative Offices and all the universities/college in Taiwan. We manage the scholarship payments and coordinate with the award recipients, universities/colleges , and Embassies/Representative Offices. We also hold activities for the school staffs and the scholarship recipients. Taiwan Scholarship and Huayu Enrichment Scholarship Programs has a principal investigator and 2 co-principal investigators with assistants and a system engineer to ensure the Scholarship program works more successfully.
  • Starting from the 2020 academic year, the project office has been administered by Ming-Chuan University. Vice President Dr. Lynne Lee serves as the principal investigator, overseeing all aspects of the project. The team also includes a co-investigator, a director, four project assistants, and one systems engineer—each fulfilling their respective roles in close coordination to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
