2021 Scholarship Recipients Farewell Party
All good things come to an end, and here comes the graduation season again.
The 2020-21 AY Taiwan Scholarship Graduating Students’ Farewell Party is going to be hold at the end of May this year (2021). Organizers for this party are the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Taiwan Scholarship and Huayu Enrichment Scholarship Program Office. Outstanding Graduate Awards and the 9th Fabulous Taiwan Photography and Short Film Contest Award will be presented during the party.
The Taiwan Scholarship, which is established by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Science and Technology, has already attracted students from over 70 countries to study in Taiwan. Meanwhile, the Taiwan Government also established Huayu Enrichment Scholarship to encourage foreigners from all around the world to come to Taiwan for studying Mandarin.
The establishment of these scholarships not only encourages academic exchange but also increases Taiwanese students’ global vision, which can create positive competence and cultivate great international talents.
To comply with the containment of the COVID-19 epidemic, the activity will follow related epidemic prevention principles. All participants need to comply with temperature checks, real-name registration, maintaining safe social distance, and wearing surgical masks during the activity.
